(EE,3OLUTION 1451 continued) <br />BE IT FUFtrCrES RESOLVED, that the Village Administrator and Village <br />Attorney be, and, hereby are, directed to prepare and serve this order and <br />take all other necessary action in accordance with this resolution and in <br />accordance with Minnesota Statutes 9463,15 through 463.26. <br />Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota, <br />at'a. regular meeting held July 24, 1972, by a vote of 4 ayes and. -0 nays. <br />Attest: <br />Ralph H. Oberhauser, Mayor <br />RESOLUTIOItiT X4.52 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE OWNERS OF A <br />H AZARDOUS BUILDING IvITHIN THE VILLAGE <br />TO CORRECT THE HAZARDOUS C01,DITIOi <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota is the record owner of certain real <br />property located at 2140 Kenwood Way, within the Village of Orono, legally <br />Lot 2, Block 1; Rearrangement of Wallace's Addition. <br />WHEREAS, the building constructed on said real property is in a dil- <br />apidated condition, has no water supply, has no sanitary facilities and con- <br />dition, anYlealth and -fire hazard; <br />NO -4, THEREFOR, BE IT EESOLVED, that pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />5463.16 the State of Minnesota is ordered to correct the condition above- <br />described on the grounds that the condition is hazard.ous within the meaning <br />of Minnesota Statutes 0463.15 through 5463.26; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said State of Minnesota is ordered <br />to correct the condition by razing the building and filling in the excavated <br />area, or in the alternative, checking and rebuilding as necessary the <br />foundation, bearing; walls and nonbearing: walls, replacing structural mem- <br />ber which are weak, checking and replacing or repairing the entire heating, <br />electrical and plumbing systems as necessary to bring: them within the <br />specifications of the Municipal Code of Orono, and,sall window seals and doors <br />should be repaired as necessary, and the building should then be closed <br />and aeau-ted o!� o uupiud, within 45 days from the date this order is duly <br />served upon the State of Minnesota; and <br />
