Ziegler is the record owner of certain real <br />property located at 2950 Casco Point Foad, within the Village of Orono, <br />legally described, as follows; <br />That part of Lots 102 and 103 in 3prin Park, Lake Minnetonka, <br />according to the map or plat thereof on file and. of record in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds in and for IJennepin County, Lying <br />Easterly of a line drawn from a point on the Southeasterly line of <br />said Lot 102, distant 45 feet Southwesterly from the most Easterly <br />point of said Lot 102, to a point in the JJorthwesterly line of said <br />Lot 103, 24' feet Southwesterly from the most Northerly corner of <br />said Lot 103. <br />The-4est half of Central Avenue, vacated, lying between extensions <br />across it of the 113ortheasterly line of said Lot 103 and a line <br />extending from a point on the Easterly line of said I:`ot 102 distant <br />15 feet Southerly along; the Easterly line of said Lot 102 from the <br />.most Easterly corner of said Lot 102 to the most Northerly corner <br />of Tract R, Registered Land .Survey No. 461, Files of registrar of <br />Titles, County of Hennepin. <br />WHEREAS, the building constructed on said real property -consists <br />of only an open basement with no water supply, and no sanitary facilities <br />and constitutes a health and fire hazard.; <br />N0,4, THEREFORE, LE IT FESOLVED, that pursuant to Kinnesota Statutes <br />1463.16 the said Marforie L.
