Require that both post spacing and platform be no wider than 4', <br />which 1.1 in essence a denial of the variance request. In that case. <br />Council should direct staff to prepare a denial resolution for your <br />next meeting. <br />4. Other. Applicant may wish to have Council consider alternative <br />decking styles that would eliminate a large percentage of the <br />associated hardcover.
