Deck layouts have been revised and the house moved back so there <br />is no encroachment into the 0-75' setback zone. <br />2. The house has been revised to incorporate multiple levels. The <br />garage has been lowered approximately 2* to make the driveway less <br />sloped. The east end of the house has been raised approximately 2' so <br />that no grading to create a walkout cut in the northerly 0-75' zone is <br />necessary, except that grading necessary to bring the old basement <br />excavation back to a conforming grade with the rest of the property <br />and the new residence. <br />3. The applicants propose to keep the existing detached garage but <br />remove the excessive hardcover surrounding it, which will result in a <br />slight decrease in overall hardcover on the property from what was <br />originally proposed, per the table below.
