The pond is fairly high in the watershed, and is to be dug on what is <br />considered as dry ground. This is not a designated wetland area. <br />3. Based on the proposed grading plan submitted, the pond will have the <br />following dimensions: <br />Average Diameter - 100* <br />Bottom Depth Below Grade • 6* <br />Estimated Normal Water Depth ■ 3-4* <br />Bank Slopes ■ 2:1 below water level, 3:1 above water level <br />Estimated Fill to be Removed « 2,500 cubic yards <br />Proposed Spoil Site - Country Club's fill storage site in Wayzata< <br />on south side of Old Wayzata Boulevard <br />Discussion * <br />Note that this pond was discussed briefly in 1986 as part of the long <br />term plans for upgrading of the golf course, but ultimately was never <br />addressed in any of the resolutions approving projects for Wayzata Country <br />Club.
