#1378 <br />January 24, 1989 <br />To whom this may concern: <br />My neighbor, Kamil Ugurbil, has informed us of his planned <br />renovation at 4605 Watertown Road, Maple Plain, MN 55359. <br />We have examined and discussed the plans, and we understand <br />that a new addition to the house will come within 35ft of <br />our property line at 4607 Watertown Road.
