These buildings were, in fact, existing when the <br />aurroundinjT property was subdivided. At that time, the 5®* side yard <br />requirement was not in effect and the existing buildings is now 47,8' <br />Vfrom the aide yard. <br />Mr. Ugurbil purchased the property in 1982. Now he would like to <br />^upgrade his home to be consistent with valuation of homes built on the <br />surrounding properties. He'wants to add a kitchen/family room addition - <br />that can only be added to the side of the existing home that is in question <br />to the floor plan of the existing structure.
