Adopting the Planning Commission recommedation. Finding <br />the hardships presented by applicant for Council review still <br />fails to demonstrate sufficent hardship to grant the side setback <br />variance of 14 t*. <br />b) Approval. Based on the hardships and findings setforth by <br />owners representative as set forth in his letter of March 6, 1989. <br />Council Action <br />To give staff conceptual direction so that staff may draft the <br />appropriate resolution for a formal Council action at the Marci 27, <br />1989 meeting.
