The applicant was concerned with <br />the stiff recommended condition regarding the removal of I**® <br />garage on Lot 2. The applicant asked if the required removal date could be <br />Ihanged to the time of the building permit being Issued for new ^M^identia <br />construction on Lot 2. The Planning Commission agreed to the applicant s <br />request but stated that t^e detached structure must be removed no later <br />than September 1, 1989. The applicant found no problem with the final <br />removal date. <br />The enclosed approving resolution has been drafted per the Planning <br />Commission's recommendation of approval.
