The preliminary <br />survey notes that this structure will be removed. It may be appropriate in <br />this review to set a deadline date for the removal, possibly prior to fina^ <br />plat approval. Both proposed lots satisfy all pertinent lot standards for <br />the LR-IB Zoning District.
