<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />Other Areas <br />The NWI map indicates no additional wetland on the property. Cordova and Hamel (hydric) soil <br />is mapped throughout much of the site however, the site is dominated by manicured lawn and <br />much of the site is significantly higher than the identified wetland area (a 40’ drop in elevation to <br />the wetland). No other areas with wetland vegetation or hydrology were observed on the site. <br /> <br /> <br />IV. CERTIFICATION OF DELINEATION <br /> <br />The procedures utilized in the described delineation are based on the COE 1987 Wetland <br />Delineation Manual as required by Section 404 of the Clean Water Act and the Minnesota <br />Wetland Conservation Act.
