'* • <br />It is my understanding as per our conversation on 2/7/89 that <br />you will inform me of the formula used to determine the outdoor- <br />public capacity as well as indoor normally used on large ass­ <br />emblies . <br />As you know we are effected by the ridiculously large crowds <br />of people that patronize Fletchers on summer weekends.
