Mr. Kevin Larson <br />Hickocic & Associates <br />2/21/89 <br />RE: Proposed parking Lot at 3781 Sunset Drive, Spring Park, Mn. <br />Rezoning application to accomidate Fletchers of the Lake. <br />Dear Mr. Larson, <br />We talked several times on the phone regarding the hard surface <br />run off of a already existing parking lot at 3781 Sunset Drive. <br />In my opinion was illegally installed. Please find enclosed <br />copies of letters sent to the City of Spring Park and Village <br />of Orono, expressing my concerns as to environmental effects. <br />We also do not have city water and our supply is furnished by <br />our own well. <br />I would appreciate any out put that you may have in regards <br />to the feasibility of safe run off and on the requirements <br />you may have, such as, retention pond, rip rap filters, wear <br />type baffle systems and erosion control. <br />cc- City of Orono. <br />cc- City of Spring Park. <br />cc- Lindquist and Venum, Attorneys at Law.
