Take no action. <br />RECOMMBHDATION - In conjunction with the work that is being done <br />by Metro Waste Control it would be appropriate that the shoulder <br />be widened and that the four parking spots along the curve be <br />eiliniinated with no replacements spots at this time. In addition <br />staff would recommend the utilization of an access dock off the <br />City's fire access during the summer for loading and unloading of <br />people to limit the trespassing on private docks and that the <br />issue of the speed limit be undertaken once construction is <br />completed. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by , seconded by , that the Council <br />request the County to have tEe shoulder widened in conjunction <br />with the project work on County Road 51 together with curbing and <br />double striping and that staff is directed to establish a make <br />ready dock off its fire lane access and that the necessary speed <br />limit request be made following construction.
