This planning document <br />be used as development takes place within the <br />corridor. Area 4 - Sid Rebers Property <br />C. Engineer's Report - Concerning existing capacity <br />of Long Lake water system and impact of proposed <br />Orono use at 600 sewer unit level. <br />E. Elsenger - Written request to withdraw request <br />for sower for consideration with the current <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment. <br />P. Further discussion cf Areas 1,2,3, and 5. <br />Lake City Engineer, was present end made the following commentst <br />1. Regarding the traffic pian. Long Lake Is opposed <br />to any option that closes North Brown Road. <br />2. Regarding a south frontage road from Willow Drive <br />to Daniel St., there is concern about the traffic on Daniel Street. <br />3. Regarding the water issue - Long Mke will review <br />hook up to its water system with <br />consideration of demand and if Long Lake can support the system.
