County Road 51 - Parking Memo Dated 11/30/88 <br />(No Attachments) <br />In December 1988 Council reviewed information regarding roadside <br />parking along County Road 51 from the Hendrickson Bridge to <br />County Road 135. <br />We requested Hennepin County to review the matter as we felt if <br />changes were necessary it is an appropriate time to do so due to <br />the construction of the MWCC interceptor during the spring and <br />summer of 1989. <br />Attached for your review is the most recent proposal from <br />Hennepin County. <br />A draft sketch of the area will be available at the Council <br />meeting Monday evening. <br />RECOMMENDATION - To accept the information as presented and to <br />direct staff to notify the affected property owners prior to the <br />February 27, 1989 Council meeting to get their input. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by __, seconded by __, to accept the <br />information as presented and to direct staff to notify the <br />affected property owners prior to the February 27, 1989 Council <br />meeting to get their input. <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Mark E.
