On September 6, 1988, staff was advised by an anonymous caller that a <br />swimming pool was being constructed near the lakeshore at 2730 <br />Shadywood Road. Upon investigation, staff found that an in-ground <br />swimming pool had been constructed totally within the 0-75* lakeshore <br />setback zone. A Stop Order was immediately posted. Staff met with <br />the property owners on September 13, 1988, and advised them that the <br />chances of gaining after-the-Iact approval for the construction were <br />minimal at best. The p erty owners were jsjvised to place proper <br />erosion controls immedia , until the situation was resolved.
