D) In addition to the payments required above, the City of <br />Spring Park shall pay a charge for fixed costs. The fixed cost <br />for standby personnel for the period from Friday 4:30 p.m. to the <br />following Monday 8:00 a.m. shall be $50.00. If a two-day weekend <br />includes a holiday, the fixed cost shall be $100.00. If a three- <br />day weekend includes a Monday or Friday holiday, the fixed cost <br />shall be $150.00. <br />E) Administration Costs: 10% of the charges made pursuant to <br />Paragraphs 4 (A) - (C). <br />F) 3/4 Ton Vehicle: $5.00 per hour. <br />All rates are subject to change upon 60 days notice. <br />The City of Orono shall bill the City of Spring Park within 15 <br />days after the last day of each month for which services were rendered and <br />the City of Spring Park shall remit payment thereon by the first day of the <br />month following receipt of the bill. <br />9. Insurance - The City of Orono shall maintain workers compensation <br />insurance as required by law covering its own personal and public <br />liability insurance in the amount of not less than $300,000 per <br />occurance. The City of Orono shall furnish the City of Spring Park <br />with a certificate of insurance as to the policies in force. In <br />addition, the City of Orono shall require any independent contractors <br />providing services in the City of Spring Park to procure and maintain <br />insurance with limits of liability not less than those provided <br />herein. <br />CITY OP ORONO <br />ATTEST: <br />James R.
