APPROPRIATION OF MUNICIPAL STATB-AID FUNDS <br />TO C.S.A.H. 15 <br />WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for <br />the City of Orono to participate in the cost of a construction <br />project located on C.S.A.H. 15 within the limits of said <br />municipality, and <br />WHEREAS, said construction project has been approved by <br />the Department of Highways and identified in its records as <br />S.A.P. No. 152-020-06. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />Orono, Minnesota that we do hereby appropriate from our Municipal <br />State-Aid Street Funds the sum of $200,000.00 to apply toward the <br />construction of said project and request the Commissioner of <br />Highways to approve this authorization. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council on this <br />1989. <br />day of <br />ATTEST; <br />Q <br />Dorothy M.
