Gerhardson, Public Works Director <br />DATE: January 18, 1989 <br />SUBJ: Resolution Approving MSA Expenditure of Funds <br />During the review and approval process of the reconstruction <br />of County Road 15, it was determined that Orono's share of the <br />costs of the reconstruction would be funded partly by MSA <br />(Municipal State Aid) funds. <br />Because this is considered spending MSA monies off the <br />system, a requirement to do so is for an official council action <br />requesting approval by way of a resolution. <br />Recommendation - To approve Resolution #_ _ _ _ authorizing <br />the use of $200,000.00 of MSA funds toward the City's share of <br />the cost for the reconstruction of County Road 15. <br />___moved, ____________ seconded, to <br />_________ authorizing the use of $200,000.00 <br />MSA funds toward the City's share of the cost for the <br />Proposed Motion - <br />approve Resolution # <br />of <br />O <br />reconstruction of County Road 15. <br />TO: Mayor Grabek and Citifj^uncil <br />FROM: Mark E.
