CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />No. 7488 <br />subject to City staff approval. If applicable, Drainage Easements shall be granted over any <br />stormwater facilities required by the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District; the Drainage <br />Easements shall be shown on the Plat. <br />5) Development Fees. <br />A. Park Dedication Fee. The subdivision is subject to the standard Park Dedication Fee <br />requirement. The Park Dedication Fee is outlined in the City's current 2024 Fee Schedule <br />and applied to each newly created lot on a per lot basis. Park dedication fees are based on <br />Hennepin County's assessment of the predeveloped land value. Based on the 2024 Fee <br />Schedule, the Park Dedication Fee will be due for Lot 1, Block 2 in the amount of $3,710.81. <br />B. Stormwater and Drainage Trunk Fee. The development is subject to the Stormwater and <br />Drainage Trunk Fee, as established in the 2024 Fee Schedule of $16,150.00 per new lot for <br />a 5-acre zone. The Storm Water Drainage and Trunk Fee due at the time of Final Plat for 1 <br />new lot will be $16,150.00. <br />6) City Engineer Approval. Approval of the plat is subject to recommendations of City <br />Engineer. <br />7) Plans and Specifications. Plans and specifications shall be submitted for review and <br />approval by the City and other appropriate jurisdictions prior to final plat approval, to ensure <br />that the proposed plat will accomplish the intended purposes. Final plat approval will not be <br />granted until MCWD stormwater management plan requirements have been approved and <br />sufficient detail is provided to meet any recommendations by the City Engineer. <br />8) The Preliminary Plat approval granted by this Resolution shall expire one-year from the <br />approval date (July 8, 2025). <br />FINAL SUBMITTALS <br />The following list of final submittals must be submitted to the Planning & Zoning Coordinator at <br />least four (4) weeks prior to the regularly scheduled Council meeting on the second and fourth <br />Mondays of the month. These submittals are as follows: <br />1. Record plat drawings in the form of (1) to -scale digital copy; two (2) mylar copies <br />(one copy for the City's records and one for filing with Hennepin County); and one <br />(1) copy reduced to 1" = 200'.
