Coor <br />(arrived 5:30) <br />Paul Nazarow/Triax <br />Tom Wimler/Triax <br />II .APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Chairman Anderson asked for discussion of the minutes <br />from the September meeting or a motion to approve. Watts made a <br />correction tc the Just Claims: check number 2129 should be 2191. <br />Motion 10.16.90.1: Brancel moved to approve the September <br />minutes, as amended. Olds seconded. The motion passed un­ <br />animously. <br />Ill. REPORTS <br />Treasurer * s Report <br />Wilczek presented the Just Claims for the period 9/19/90 to <br />10/16/90. Anderson asked about the items purchased with the of­ <br />fice equipment funds. Watts replied the purch.. fe included <br />tables, chairs, steno chairs, panels, desks, fii? cabinets,and <br />computer hutch for the office in Room 204. <br />Motion 10.16.90.2: Wilczek moved to approve the Just Claims for <br />the period 9/19/90 to 10/16/90. Wright seconded. The motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />j^^y^nlstrator *s Report <br />Administrator Watts asked Production Coordinator Schindler to <br />present the studio report, which was distributed to the <br />commissioners. Watts then added the second camcorder had been <br />received and was now in use in the Orono studio, and that a crew <br />would be taping the League of Women Voters debates for Excelsior <br />and Shorewood. Watts stated that election results from the lake <br />area communities would be listed on Channel 20 following the <br />election on November 6. <br />Watts reported to the Commission that Bill Stivers had been <br />hired as the production assistant.
