LAND USE SCHEMATIC <br />The Land Use Schematic, illustrated on Exhibit 4, identifies tvwo <br />development sites and establishes the general organization of uses <br />on the future elementary school site in a manner which responds to <br />the natural conditions of the property. The schematic ;rnposes; <br />• Preservation of the wooded ravine as a natura* .separation <br />between the two potential development sites and as a major <br />drainage swale. <br />• Retention of the wooded area at the southeast portion of the <br />site as a natural area. <br />• Arrangement of facilities on the school site to take advantage <br />of the existing topography and available utility and vehicular <br />access.
