PURPOSE <br />This study represents a preliminary analysis of the ability of the <br />subject site to accommodate three potential uses: <br />• An elementary school to serve an enrollment of 900 students <br />in first through fourth grade, including playfields and other <br />essential outdoor support facilities. <br />• Municipal facilities for the City of Orono, including <br />administrative offices, a police station, warehouse space for <br />public works, and a water tower, requiring a site of <br />approximately 15 acres. <br />• A hockey arena, requiring a site of approximately 10 acres.
