Roll Call <br />Members Present: Bert Foster, Vice Chair, <br />James Grathwol, Excelsior; David Cochran, Chair, <br />Robert Pillsbury, Minnetonka; Jan Boswinkel, <br />Minnetonka Beach; John Lewman, Treasurer, Minnetrista; Thomas <br />Reese, Mound; Robert Rascop, Shorewood; Douglas Babcock, Spring <br />Park; John Malinka, Victoria; Thomas Martinson, Waysata; Robert <br />Slocum. Also present: Charles LeFevere, Counsel; Sgt. William <br />Chandler, Sheriff’s Water Patrol; Rachel Thibault. Administrative <br />Technician; Eugene Strommen, Executive Director, <br />Members Absent: JoEllen Hurr, Orono; Marvin B.joriin, <br />Tonka Bay. <br />3.Reading of Minutes <br />Grathwol moved, Babcock seconded, to approve the <br />minutes of the September 26, 1990 meeting as submitted. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />4.Installation of Officers <br />LeFevere administered the oath of office to^ the <br />officers elected at the 9~26~90 meeting. David Cochran. Chair, <br />Bert Foster, Vice Chair; Douglas Babcock, Secretary. and Jan <br />Boswinkel. Treasurer, were seated to their respective offices. <br />5.Public Comments <br />There were no comments from per.sons in attendance <br />on the agenda. <br />not <br />6.
