The current application proposes the same 3 lot layout.
Lot 2 Block 2 shall be served by a 25' outlet along the
northe n boundary of Lot 1, Block 2. The access road shall be an
extension of Wear Lane North. A temporary cul-de-sac shall be
installed at the northern border. Note that in the current
revised plan, the applicant has noted the placement of trees and
the road outlot has been curved to save the mature plantings.
The applicant has also provided the additional septic
testing required by the City for Lot 1, Block 2 and because of
the curved road alignment additional septic testing for Lot 1,
Block 1. Gaffron has reviewed all recent septic test information
and has accepted the on-site evaluator's findings. Staff
recommends that septic test sites on Lots 1 and 2, Block 2 and
test site on southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1 be fenced prior
to any land alteration.
