Applicants wish to <br />"square off" the house, with one corner ending up 22.6* from the <br />side lot line. <br />Planning ssion Re<mdation - <br />At their November meeting. Planning Commission voted 6-0 to <br />recomnend approval of the variance request as submitted, finding <br />that no adjacent residences will be negatively affected, the <br />hardship being the location of the existing house. <br />Staff Recoanendation - <br />Staff recommends approval per the Planning Commission <br />recommendation. A resolution for Council review is attached.
