City of Orono, et al., Court File No. 27-CV-25-2808 (Henn. <br />Cty.). <br />Fees and Expenses. LGN agrees to represent the City and Ms. Lusian and will bill at the <br />following hourly rates: $385 per hour for partners and $315 per hour for associates. LGN will also <br />bill for out-of-pocket expenses it incurs in connection with the representation such as, postage, <br />photocopies, telephone charges, messenger fees, travel expenses, service of process, filing fees, <br />computerized legal research, and similar charges. LGN understands that the City will be <br />responsible for the payment of all fees and expenses relating to this engagement. <br />LGN will bill for fees and expenses on a monthly basis, and LGN expects payment within <br />thirty (30) days of billing. LGN's billing entries include date, description, timekeeper and actual <br />time incurred and itemized expenses. Of course, you should always feel free to contact us if there <br />are any questions or concerns regarding billings. If LGN's fees and expenses are not paid timely, <br />we reserve the right to terminate our services and withdraw from any matter or proceeding then <br />pending consistent with the applicable Rules of Professional Responsibility. <br />Conflicts of Interest. Based on the information we have received, it does not appear that <br />there is any conflict which would prevent LGN from representing the City and Ms. Lusian in this <br />matter.
