Minutes <br />City Council Work Session <br />Monday, February 10, 2024, 5:00 PM <br />City Council Chambers 12780 Kelley Parkway, Orono, MN 55356 <br />ROLL CALL <br />City Council members present: Mayor Bob Tunheim, City Council Members Alisa Benson, Claire <br />Berrett, Jacqueline Ricks. Absent: Steve Persian. <br />Staff present: City Administrator Adam Edwards and City Clerk Christine Lusian. <br />COUNCIL CODE OF CONDUCT <br />Administrator Edwards introduced the item of drafting a council team code of conduct. The <br />group discussed conflicts of interest, social media use, values statement, respect, discourse, <br />active listening, and private use of telecommunications during a public meeting, and a process <br />for complaints or concerns.
