(Resolution #363, continued) <br />assessment remaining unpaid, with interest accrued to December 31st <br />of the year in which such payment is made. <br />4. The Clerk -Administrator shall transmit a certified copy <br />of this assessment to the county auditor to be extended on the proper <br />tax lists of the county, and such assessments shall be collected and <br />paid over in the same manner as other municipal taxes. <br />Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota,,at <br />a regular meeting held September 24,~1970. <br />Louis B. 0 er auser, Mayor <br />Attest:— <br />Ralph HV M <br />ttest•Ralp artin, Clerk -Administrator <br />RESOLUTION #364 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIRMING ASSESSMENTS FOR STREET LIGHTING <br />11 IMPROVEMENT 1970SL-1 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ORONO, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The amount proper and necessary to be specially assessed <br />at this time for the Street Lighting Improvement 1970SL-1, (said <br />improvement for convenience has been designated ?n the assessment roll <br />as Street Lighting 1970SL-1) against every assessable lot, piece or <br />parcel of land affected thereby has been duly calcul'ated upon the basis <br />of benefits, without regard to ca�fi valuation,- <br />aluation, in accordance with the <br />provisions of Minnesota Statutes; Chapter 4`29, -"and notice has been duly <br />published, as required by law, that this Council would meet to hear, <br />consider and pass upon all objections, if any, and said proposed <br />assessment roll has at all times since its filing been open for public <br />inspection, and an opportunity'hasbeen given to all interested persons <br />to present their objections, if any, to such proposed assessments. <br />2. This Council, having heard and considered all objections <br />so presented, and being fully advised in the premises, has amended the <br />proposed assessment as it deemed just, and—it finds that each of the <br />lots, pieces' and parcels of land enumerated in the proposed assessment <br />roll, amended, was', and" is" specially benefited Eby the installation and <br />maintenance of said improvement in not less than the amount of the <br />amended assessment set opposite the description of each such lot, <br />piece and parcel of land, respectively, and such amount so set out <br />is hereby levied against each of the respective lots, pieces and <br />parcels of land therein described. <br />, <br />
