Council has directed staff to amend the original <br />resolution to include the variance and the necessary findings. The amended <br />resolution will be presented for Council's review and action at their <br />November 13, 1990 meeting. <br />In addition, Council has asked for staff to determine the cost of the <br />leveling and 1 1/2** bituminious overlay and to determine applicant's share <br />in the cost of that improvement.
