Motion passed. <br />#1592 SMITH BAY MARINA & YACHT CLUB, INC. <br />1955 SHORELINE DRIVE <br />RENEWAL VARIANCES <br />RESOLUTION #2891 <br />Mr. Vern Larson, an Associate, of Toberman Management, was <br />present. <br />Bernhardson provided a brief review of the information <br />pertaining to this application (see Jeanne Mabusth's memo dated <br />October 11, 1990). He stated that this application included the <br />same conditions and requirements set forth in Resolutions #2190 <br />and #2648, with the exception of the club house which is proposed <br />to be one story rather than two. Bernhardson noted that the <br />Planning Commission had unanimously recommended approval. <br />Peterson asked if there was a limit on the number of times <br />an application could be renewed. <br />- 26 -
