The "B-1" Retail Sales Business is <br />intended to provide a district for businesses that supply <br />inmniodities or^ •'erform a service primarily for residents in the <br />surr^ndWg neighborhood. The district may adjoin residential <br />distfictror other business districts which are subject to more <br />restrictive controls. The district shall have immedia..e access to <br />adequate highways and public sanitary sewer. <br />Subd. 2. Application.
