§ 10.20 <br />H. Antenna, Any antenna or combination of antenna <br />rigidly attached to the principal or accessory structure provided <br />that none of the foregoing exceeds the total height allowed in <br />Section 10.75, <br />Source; Ordinance No. 177 <br />Effective Date; 6-5-77 <br />Subd. 5. Area, Height, Lot Width and Yard Requirements. <br />A. Height. No structure or building shall exceed <br />2-1/2 stories or thirty feet in height except as provided in <br />Section 10.75, <br />B. Lots. R-IB ONE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT. <br />Subd. 1. Purpose. The "R-IB" One Family Residential <br />District is intended to provide a district which will allow denser <br />residential development. Planned Residential Developments may be <br />allowed by conditional use permits. The district shall have <br />immediate access to highways and public sanitary sewer. <br />Subd, 2. Permitted Uses. Within the ”R-1B" One Family <br />Residential District, no land or structures shall be used except <br />for one or more of the following uses; <br />District. <br />A. Any permitted use as regulated in the "R-IA” <br />Subd. 3. Conditional Uses. Within any "R-IB" One Family <br />Residential District, no structure or land shall be used for the <br />following uses except by conditional use permit; <br />A. Any conditional use as regulated in the "R-IA" <br />District except that a Planned Residential Development shall not be <br />limited to detached single family dwellings only. <br />Subd. 4. Accessory Uses. Within any "R-IB" One Family <br />Residential District, the following uses shall be a permitted <br />accessory use: <br />District. <br />A.
