The/ will want Survey and said <br />they never received permit application. They <br />looked further and found permit application <br />dated November 1933. We argued that we did not <br />feel we should be required to bear the expense <br />of survey but reluctantly agreed to have it <br />done. <br />Called All Metro Survey. They will do estimate <br />on cost of survey. Called Gronseth in Long Lake <br />who agreed to look at property and call me back <br />Should take 2-3 weeks. <br />Called All Metro. They needed further information <br />of legal description, etc (provided) and will <br />go ahead and do the survey in next couple of <br />weeks. <br />Called City Inspector Oman. He is on vacation <br />until near end of month. Asked receptionist to <br />pull our file and advise if there was any required <br />compliance date. She couldn’t find the file. <br />I advised that survey was underway and asked <br />her to please note for their records and to have <br />the person in charge during Mr. Oman’s absence <br />call me back that afternoon, since he was busy. <br />No return phone call from City that afternoon <br />or any subsequent time. <br />Received a Complaint from Ridgedale Court for <br />building without a permit with a Court date <br />scheduled 5/8/90
