They will <br />come out and do an inspection <br />N’ote left by in^;-'<^-or - want permit <br />Permit application delivered to City <br />(they claim they didn’t f^et this) <br />Letter from^ City - v/ant permit <br />Another copy of permit to City (they later <br />claimed at'meeting 3/90 they never got second <br />permit application but then found a copy dated <br />11/29/83'ksy us and marked date rec’d 12/30/33 <br />Letter from City - they now want Certificate of <br />Survey and Hardcover Calculation. Called <br />neighbors who were doing survey next door and <br />they said cost over $2,000 <br />Tic.ket issued for failure to apply for permit. <br />Went to Ridgedale Court 3 times to try to take <br />c-:.i of ticket and were told none on record, <br />assumed matter dropped. <br />Orono Police came to home with arrest warrant <br />for failure to pay ticket. Police officer <br />determined the reason Ridgedale couldn’t find the <br />ticket was because City spelled name wrong. <br />Iverson instead of Everson. Pai'^ ticket rather <br />than argue any further and tho ^ ^^t«^ 8e^tt5..ed. <br />Letter from Orono stating still'want application <br />(nrw claim they don't have) and giving deadline <br />of March 6 (note 7 days after date letter typed <br />which was received March 3). Called Lyle Oman <br />and he agreed to meeting at City 3/16/90
