MAINTENANCE SUGGESTIONS <br />Inspect the tank annually and have the tank cleaned when the scum is three <br />inches or less above the outlet baffle and/or when the sludge level is eight <br />inches or less below the outlet baffle. <br />3. LOCATION <br />A. The sewage tank shall be placed so that access is convenient for the removal <br />of liquids and accumulated solids. <br />B. The sewage tank shall be placed on firm and settled soil capable of bearing <br />the weight of the tank and its contents. <br />C.
