At the previous meeting, the committee had requested a slide show of <br />various city hails around the metro area to establish an understanding of the types of buildings, <br />their materials, arrangements and appearances. They also requested site plan development on <br />various sites in the area of Old Crystal Bay Road and the school. <br />The meeting reviewed the above issues and directed the architect to explore two new sites at the <br />Intersection of Willow and Highway 6 at the southeast and southwest quadrants of the intersection. <br />Those site plans are attached for council and committee review. Also included is an area map <br />showing all of the sites currently being considered by the committee. Also included is a <br />breakdown of the cost/quality items that were reviewed by the committee with their action. <br />All of the items reviewed to date have progressed on the basis of 70% of those in anendance <br />resulting in a concensus of the comminee At each meeting we have had 70-80% of our committee <br />in attendance. At the previous meeting, the committee stated their concensus for a city hall, <br />police, public works joint site location as the preference and a location adjacent to the Orono <br />School area (Site Area 1 on anached site map).
