To adopt the resolution as originally drafted by Orono <br />staff. <br />Additional Comiients ~ <br />On September 15, 1990, staff met with both the Planning <br />Commission Chair and Co-chair, the developer and Bob Kost to <br />review specific allegations of violations of the original PRD <br />approval. We met out at the site and reviewed the two building <br />sites and one site proposed for new construction. The <br />representatives of the Planning Commission were convinced that <br />the developer was proceeding under the guidelines set forth by <br />the Council. At the meeting. Bellows and KeJJj|y:reported to the <br />full body of the Planning Commission and cofipje^ti hted Mr. Rebers <br />in his attempt to preserve the treesthroughout road <br />construction, utility installations and building construction. <br />Staff has no further comment on this matter.
