Staff has included <br />the cover memo prepared with the October 8th packet. If members <br />have misplaced copies of the packet, please advise staff prior to <br />the meeting. <br />In Exhibits B and C, the applicant's consultant questions <br />certain technical aspects of the templates prepared by the City <br />Engineer and included as part of the resolution under <br />consideration.
