Savage, Minnesota <br />Industrial area with single family bluff top hones, <br />immediately to south. <br />1929 Eagle Creek Blvd., Shakopee, Minnesota <br />Light industrial area between Canterbury Downs <br />and the Haver Addition, a single family residenuial <br />area overlooking tower site. <br />14950 Chippendale Avenue, Rosemount, Minnesota <br />Located next to City of Rosemount water tower <br />in a predominantly residential area. <br />A review of market data in these neighborhoods revealed no <br />measureable value impacts. <br />Contacts with well informed real estate brokers and assessors <br />familiar with these neighborhoods revealed no value impacw. <br />Further, I reviewed appraisals I have made of properties lying in <br />close proximity to towers and found no value impact. <br />My conclusion is that given the subject location, there should ce <br />no measureable value impact upon neighborhood properties. <br />PETER J.
