Mabusth, Building & Zoning Administrator <br />September 12, 1990 <br />Inc. - Conditional Use Permit -1590 Minnegasco, <br />Public Hearing - <br />Original Public Hearing scheduled for property located <br />at 525 Old Crystal Bay Road North has been relocated to <br />the east side of Old Crystal Bay Road within Industrial <br />Park. A second Public Hearing will be rescheduled <br />before the Council to fulfill legal requirements for <br />review. <br />Pertinent Secitons of the Code <br />Section 10.50, Subdivision 3 (A) (7) - Conditional Use <br />Permit required for public service structure within <br />industrial zone. Minnegasco proposes a temporary <br />installation of a portable liquid natural gas vaporizer to <br />inject gas into the distribution system during periods of <br />high demand within winter months. <br />Required Setbacks <br />A.
