The City of Orono is an Equal Opportunity Employer <br />community activities. <br />• Handle cash receipts from customers. <br />• Ensure records management systems is maintained and current according to the MN <br />Records Retention schedule. <br />• Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures. <br />• Monitor and maintain office supply inventory. <br />• Assist the City Clerk with the administration of elections, including: responding to <br />general questions and processing of absentee ballots. <br /> <br />Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities <br />Knowledge: <br />• Clerical — Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as <br />word processing, managing files and records, transcription, designing forms, and other <br />office procedures and terminology. <br />• English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language <br />including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. <br />• Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing <br />customer and personal services.
