1. Ownr'r of Lot 2 shall obtain a land alteration permit for <br />the purpose of upgrading the existing access to Lot 2 (265 <br />Brown Road South). Upon application for the land alteration <br />permit, owner shall provide a filing and grading plan to be <br />approved by the City Engineer. Such access improvements to <br />be completed by November 1, 1990. In addition, the owner is <br />as’ ed to maintain all shrubs at a 3' height or less within <br />an area located between the traveled road and the utility <br />pol-js. <br />2.
