Since the <br />new proposal needs no variances, the adoption of the resolution <br />for denial as conceptually directed by Council on a 3 to 0 vote <br />on July 16th, would be appropriate. <br />Staff Recosaendation <br />Staff recommends adoption of the attached denial resolution. <br />Proposed Motion: Moved by _______________________, 2nd by <br />___ _________________ to adopt the attached resolution denying <br />vax-kances for hardcover and work in the 0-75' zone for Renee and <br />Steven Foster at 1800 Shadywood Road. _____ Ayes _____ Nays
