r <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Orono hereby approves the plat of Willow Knoll, Hennepin County, Minnesota, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. Phosphorous loadings leaving the site shall be limited to a maximum of .28 <br />pounds/acre/year. <br />2. Access for each lot shall have adequate site distance from the high point on Willow <br />Drive. Driveway access shall be reviewed and approved by the C / Engineer prior <br />to the City issuing building permits for new construction. <br />3. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with Hennepin County <br />Recorder’s Office on or before July 12, 1999 together with a certified original copy <br />of this resolution. <br />The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the plat has not been filed by <br />the date specified above. <br />Dated this 1 1th day of January, 1999. <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
