Tonka Ventures Site Plan and Preliminary Plat Issues <br />January 5, 1999 <br />Page 3 <br />Development Agreement Issues <br />CONriDCNTIAL <br />Staff indicated that prior to final plat approval, a development agreement would have to be worked <br />out that would provide for the usual items related to a subdivision, including the following: <br />A. A letter of credit for all road, utility, and other improvements, including the future <br />extension of Livingston Avenue to the Tonka Ventures' western property line. <br />B. Covenants on the property related to tree protection, outside storage, etc. <br />C. Provide that all trees and wooded areas to be preser\'ed would be protected prior to <br />beginning any construction. <br />Staff indicated to the Tonka Ventures representatives that the site plan issues would be reviewed <br />with the City Council to determine if there were significant concerns regarding any of the site plan <br />issues. An Executive Session will be held after the January 11 Council meeting to review the Tonka <br />Ventures development issues.
