Outlot B shall be deeded to the association of property owners that use the <br /> roadway together with a 50 foot easement over Lot 1 to allow creation of a <br /> wetland buffer or provision of a road maintenance agreement acceptable to the <br /> City. <br /> 4. Subdividers shall execute a Flowage And Conservation Easement And Restrictive <br /> Covenant For Wetland And Wetland Buffer for the wetlands in Outlot A <br /> 5. Lot 2 shall be served by sewer or the septic systein replaced before December 31, <br /> 2007. <br /> 6. Payinent of standard park dedication fee for Lot 1 at the time of issuance of a <br /> building pennit for a house on the lot. <br /> • 7. Payment of standard stonn water and drainage trunk fee for the plat at the time of <br /> issuance of a building permit for a house on Lot 1. <br /> 8. A restoration plan for the slope disturbed by construction of the driveway shall be <br /> required as part of the building permit submission for a house on Lot 1. <br /> 9. Subdividers are hereby advised that preliminary subdivision approval will expire <br /> on Au�ust 28, 2007, one year from the date of City Council approval. Should the <br /> subdividers fail to complete the filing of the final plat application within the year <br /> deadline, it shall be necessary for the subdivider to file a new preliminary <br /> subdivision application with the City. <br /> Final Plat Submittals: <br /> The following list of final submittals must be submitted to the Zoning <br /> Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly scheduled City Council meeting on the <br /> second and fourth Mondays of the month.
