I am not <br />aware of an appraisal since that date. <br />- Residential market prices and construction costs in orono have <br />not inflated in two years. <br />- Jncertadnty as to the future route of a Highway 394 extension <br />is depressing the marketability of property close to Long Lake. <br />I remind you that 2?0 feet of ray total 300 feet of shoreline on Long <br />Lake has been dedicated to the orono Conservation District for natural <br />wildlife habitat.
