April 20, 1995 <br />City Assessor <br />2750 Kelley Parkway <br />Orono, MN 55356 <br />Dear Sir/Madam, <br />I am in receipt of my Hennepin County Real Estate Valuation Notice which shows an <br />increase ip value of my home by over $38,000.00 to $403,700 from $373,000 in 1994 and <br />$367,000 in 1993. <br />This is clearly unreasonable. The basement remains unfinished and no major <br />improvements have been made to this property. <br />Unfortunately, we are leaving town today and will not return until the 29th and therefore <br />cannot be presoit on April 26th to appeid in person.
